In my eyes, even the case was unjustified for @OP but he making a serious bad movement. Basically, upload a forged or false "KYC" even with the court better to stay quite or not doing some activity or acting can lead to our self. But this one "Forged/Faked KYC" is being confirmed by both parties (@OP admitted himself & from SHUFFLE) too leading some action from them against @OP. It's gonna to hard to be solved, or more less they just can justified to ban or closed the account due @OP make action against T&C.
If a business has consistently not enforced certain parts of their own terms,
to the point where it is reasonable for the average person to assume they do not enforce them,
then deciding to enforce them during a dispute
is extremely suspicious and calls into question whether they are even enforceable at all.
