I feel like most of these folks who win are just every day folks who don’t have money and of course it’ll be those people that lose it all first. because that’s how they do it and it’s almost always a free for all and they go on.
I have been reading about the stories of winning lotteries and indeed most of them are poor people which before win huge prizes they don't have much money into their bank account and when they won the lotteries these people don't have good skill to managed their financial and all they know is when have money usually they only spend for unnecessary things so those people never thinking want to invest their money prizes or build their own bussiness for their future so that's why within years those people have bankrupt and return to being poor again
