What's wrong with Hansi Flick team?

The manager should find a solution immediately if not they are going to fall far behind the table, if they don't stop this poor performances immediately. In January transfer window, they should get another striker to complement Lewandowski so that when he is out of form, the other one will step in and keep scoring for the team.
