This is all about a person's belief, and for that reason he finds a loophole to use the platform. .

Your personal beliefs are equal to zero in this situation, I would love to get Amazon.us products without VAT, I would love to be able to buy subscriptions that are not available in the EU, I would love to use bookies that are banned in my country but I don't do that because I know it's stupid and I will regret it , there are rules, laws and only then it's your beliefs that don't count at all.

As for the ones trying loopholes like VPNs, most of them are stupid enough to try either free VPNs or really shitty cheap ones that allow thousands of connections from the same IP, don't you think even a toddler would realize you're using a VPN when there are hundreds with your IP  playing the same time? Any serious casino would spend a $100 a month to receive an updated list of IPs identified as being owned by VPN providers and there are hundreds of aggregators selling these now.
