An addict will definitely put all of those family properties i to gambling and the funniest part is that, he will still loss it all to gamble, and by the time he has exhausted the money from those sold properties he will eventually look for more or even start stealing in other to fund his addictions. Gambling addict aren't something any family can cope with especially when he gets to the level of displaying some criminal act just for the sake of gambling which he will eventually loss it all. If a gambler gets to point where he doesn't take advise or show any atom of remorse for his actions,  then the best solution is to disengage yourself from such person because there are definitely going to ruin your life one way or the other.
