Half if not more of Shuffles community is from a restricted location just so you understand that in this community nobody even remembers that we are "breaking rules" and this situation is much more than simply breaking terms and conditions. Shuffle actively allowed and profited from my activity for two years, and made significant revenue because of it.

Yes, technically they're within their rights to enforce their terms, but it's a question of ethical business practices when an operation knowingly accepts and profits from activity they later use as grounds for a ban and airdrop exclusion. This isn't just about entitlement to an airdrop, it's about consistent and transparent practices.

So while I understand your points and agree to an extent, the selective enforcement impacts real people who have invested significant time and money into Shuffle and I am not asking for anything more than what I was promised.
