Open your "settings.json" file as text and remove the line containing that missing wallet path or name.
It's in your Bitcoin data directory.

Be sure to preserve the correct .json format or the settings will result with an error, be sure to end each line of wallet path/name with a comma except the last.

If you're wondering how you ended up with that error: you must have loaded a wallet but deleted it later without unloading it first.
