It is not a big deal for Real Madrid to lose El Classico, what is important is that they become champions at the end of the year. I am sure that many Real Madrid fans would prefer to become champions. There is no trace left of Barcelona, which played magnificently at the beginning of the year. There is no explanation for their defeat to Las Palmas in their own field. Yes it may not look like a big deal but six points is enough to deny them the trophy actually so you cannot undermine the winning of at least one of the el classico games, if Barcelona keeps winning and literally wins all of the el classico it's a plus for them and may like get them the advantage so Madrid actually does need that win even if it's one of the two wins.
I quite agree with you because El Classico is an important match to win, winning the two El Classico in a season open the chances for team to win the title because it's clearly six points different and can easily assess the trophy. In this situation the both teams are not consistent. I will say winning one of El Classico is a little bit fair than not winning any at all and Barcelona had won one, Real Madrid still have hope of winning too only if they can be able to come back to their best performance. Barcelona have disappointed me because their weakness is even ahead of Real Madrid, at the beginning Real Madrid was in declining form but they maintained themselves not to lose any match but rather draw is their option which was helpful for them, Barcelona had recorded three losses which this alone make it easier for real madrid to close the points gap.
