There hasn't been any manager that has being as successful as Pep Guardiola is during his time at Manchester city therefore he has all the right to brag as much as he wants because if it was other managers that achieved what Pep Guardiola has, they'll be considered the best manager but since it's him, people aren't seeing how big of an achievement it's to win so many premier league in this period.
