What about you? Do you also often treat others when you get good money from gambling? Or you also think that there are better ways to spend the money you got from gambling?
In my country or state there is not such a established culture of giving away money which one has gotten from gambling, actually, so there is no reason for me to easily share money I have earned through gambling to friends, neighbors or even strangers in the streets, also I consider myself to have a pretty mediocre luck when comes to casino games in general, so there is little to no chance I will ever find myself in a position in which I could give money away to others.
Sometimes people believe they are entitled to the money won by others from a casino or a lottery agency, to me that is not how it is supposed to work, each one of us have our own tolerance to risk and being based on it, we take our own personal choices on what to do with our money.
If someone has won the lottery, it was because that person was willing to take the risk and face the consequences of a possible failure, while other were playing safe and not seeking risk.
To each their own, but one is supposed to enjoy one's money and not to feed easy-going mentality in a collective community.
indeed every country has its own culture. and what OP mentioned if the culture is like that, it must still be preserved and follow the existing culture. however, this culture does not have to be done. depends on each individual. if you want to preserve the culture, do it as long as it is good, but if you feel it is not good, do not do it on the basis of culture. remember if your victory in gambling, I am very sure that it is a small part of the defeat you have received.
