I just want to share my recent experience trying to register again on the MonkeyTilt platform. Before contacting chat support, I first attempted to register again, but unfortunately, I encountered the same validation error I experienced during my previous attempts.

So, I decided to reach out to chat support because I really needed help, and I was assisted properly. I explained that I couldn’t register and that I’m from the Philippines. The first thing they asked me to do was to try a different browser, clear cookies, and even use incognito mode. Unfortunately, none of those worked, and I still encountered the same error. I made sure that the country I was connecting from matched my actual location.

Next, they suggested I try registering with an alternative country, so I chose Hong Kong. After attempting to register with a different country, my account was successfully created. The support agent mentioned that they would update the information in their system and monitor the issue for the future. They allowed me to activate and proceed with my account.
