Myself, once a week.
I mostly bet on sports, sometime there's a week where an underdog win more than favorite, sometime there's a week with full of unpredictable results. It's random and depend on how lucky your predictions is.

You're right sometimes I don't even feel anything like I needed to gamble and that's because I take gambling as less important and avail myself when I think it's best to do so, which is during my free hours aside of work and other schedule but recently I came to understand that doing this will eventually keep you atvlow cost of loosing and addiction if any gambler be consistent in this act.
One of the interesting thing about gambling is not forcing your self to play bet,, only play when you think you feel like just having fun of playing gambling bet. Gambling when only you feel like proves one is responsible gambler and not being controlled by gambling. Having a steady interest of gambling can be a sign of addiction and people just feel okay with it and never give attention to this signs. Gambling when only you have interest will save one from many expensive lose.

Yes, that's how we should treat gambling, or I mean gamble only for the purpose of having fun and also gamble when you have some money that you can really afford to lose in the sense of being able to be responsible for whatever the results are, on the other hand, yes you said something right that having an excessive interest in gambling can be a sign that someone is addicted, not everyone can realize that the increase in interest is a sign that they are trapped in a cycle of addiction which is the reason why gambling must really be done with a high level of awareness and always evaluate your approach and interest in gambling because often gamblers get caught in addiction without realizing it.

And this is right, because gambling should not be a hobby that takes up a lot of time per day. The fact is that the casino is great at causing addiction in any player with bonuses. And it's all about our human nature, we love achievements, we love adrenaline, success and the feeling that fortune loves us.

And all this is in the casino, as well as the knowledge that a huge win gives us a chance to change our lives. It is precisely because so much is concentrated in one place that the casino is such a dangerous trap for those who have a weak will.
