1. What should be the requirements to even be trying to manage anything on this forum?
I think you need to have good communication skills and very good reputation in forum.
Being a manager is not an easy task and this can't be done by anyone who just decides to do it.
It would help if manager has done trades with other members or if he acted as an escrow in past.
Knowing how to correctly use cold storage is a must for any manager.
2. Should projects who will not escrow be allowed to advertise? If yes, should a manager be tagged if the team doesn't pay?
Escrow should be mandatory in my opinion, but lines become blurry when projects are dealing with shitcoins and tokens.
I don't know if I can tag manager until I know what happened in any specific case, but team not paying should affect reputation of manager for sure.
3. Should bounty hunters be tagged or ignored if they join a bounty not escrowed and they make a complaint here?
No need for tagging anyone for this, and I wouldn't waste time on them.
4. Should we just not care and keep shit the same?
Shit like this won't happen with good managers, but if you go deeper in managerial waters you can find everything.
I think there are different tiers for managers, and if you sign up with lower tier than be ready for anything.
5. Should teams be doxxed to stop the possibility of a scam and open the possibility of legal actions?
I would expose team information, but I probably wouldn't go as far as taking a legal actions... unless someone invested and lost money.
