1. There's people who feel that their account has earned some merits and have ranked so they can easily get a loan
2. There's People who have so many alts around at their disposal, and therefore they don't care if a few of them get tagged
3. There are people who are just exiting the forum but won't go away with nothing.

So lenders have a big job of due diligence or a huge risk of someone defaulting their loan.
