It's been more than two weeks now that you have blocked my account with my balance almost $6k, I can neither play nor withdraw..
You asked me for documents up to level 4 that I sent.
The support always answers me the same thing:
"Unfortunately we don't have an update for you at this time"
If someone would like to help me solve this problem please.
