You here are just a nick with no reputation and the fact that you present such a business without specifying anything else and referring people to a telegram channel screams scam all over the place. If I don't leave you a red tag at the moment is because I know that there are services like this that are legal, for me a scam but legal at the end of the day, in that the trick is that you pay more than you would pay if you look for a living by yourself, and with what you pay extra you are including the cashback, the percentage that the intermediary takes, which in this case is you, and an extra for the company.
