What is the difference between https://www.monkeytilt.com/ and https://old.monkeytilt.com/ (this link opens when I click on "if you have issues with balance") ? I have registered under first link, and can open both pages. But if I try to use second link, it is said that I MonkeyTilk is "NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR LOCATION". Both web pages have different lists of countries prohibited for registration un Legal Requirements 4.4 clause.
