Inflation involves the increase in price of goods and services in the market making things unaffordable to the common inflation is one word that has really affected allot of people, looking at the market price of goods and services as been affected rapidly.
Inflation is really affecting the common man as even though those salary earners are complaining as the price of goods continue to improve and skyrocketed high inflation rate is really a Thorn in the flesh of the common man
The most damaging place that inflation will hit the average worker is in fuel prices and groceries. There was a time where it felt like shop prices were going up 10% every few weeks, which is a big shock when you live in a country that had relatively stable prices for 15+ years where you would barely notice any price changes over time. The more dangerous inflation is when it feeds into things like oil prices, because oil goes into so many aspects of life - both the creation of goods (plastics) and the transportation networks rely on it heavily, so price increases will ripple out pretty quickly when it moves up sharply. It can also pop up out of nowhere when big supplies (like Russia) decide to act stupid and invade their neighbor.
