A person managing multiple accounts at the same time and farming reputation and merits on all of them is something I will never be able to understand, either this person has a lot of free time, or it is some kind of compulsion... Even if you can make money on campaigns with multiple accounts, wouldn't it be easier to use this free time to simply work? It would certainly make a lot more money than farming accounts to cheat the system.
I dunno, if you have 4 accounts making $80 a week each, that's a pretty good chunk of change; enough money for a lot of the world to live comfortably on. And they don't have to do anything except crank out shitposts -- no overhead costs, such as paying for gas, transportation, business expenses, etc.
Anyway, as JollyGood mentioned, he may live in a poor place, but there are other ways to make money with the internet, it has no borders (in most countries) you can very well create content, sell things... infinite possibilities.
There is the ever-present risk of getting busted and their accounts getting negged or banned, so yeah, it would be smart for them to diversify into off-forum employment, even if elsewhere on the internet.
