I'm going to flip a coin ten times.  The results are random.  But you can look at the results to see what they were.  Don't confuse random with unknowable.  Smiley

You can do that because you watched the results of the flips. But since nobody saw any results of random mutations, nobody knows that they were the cause of evolution. Evolution talk is all hot air. Perhaps someday we will know what the random mutations were, but then they won't be random any longer. Because of the complexity involved, we will find that they were designed rather than spontaneous.
