Man United is very likely to go to play-offs round. They need to win in the play-offs round if they want to continue to the next round. However, I'm sure Man United is capable to qualify for the knock-out phase because Man United looks stronger under Amorim's management. I think people expect more on Man United, at least they can reach semi-final round. So, Man United must focus on every match, every single match is real competition. Winning in every single match will improve the players' mentality. It is important because keeping the players' mentality is one of the keys for the success in this competition.
The Man United players were still in the adapting stage to Amorim in last week's match when the first match that Amorim led saw the style of play and formation still being used like Ten Hag. in the play-off round, it is very difficult for Man United to go through, this is the real battle, Amorin, the coach who always focuses on the competition and consistently wants to win this leg match, Man United is in the right hands and will go as desired, hopefully they can get through the play-off round. .

I don't know, but I have this feeling that Amorim won't make it very far with Manchester United in general. They will make it into the next round probably, but he as a coach might not stay for very long since their expectations are too high. They saw what he was doing with Sporting and now they were hoping that he could do the same with Manchester United, but Portugal and the Premier League are two different worlds. I admit that it looked tempting because Sporting players outrageously well, however their opponents are not quite the same level in the Primeira Liga as they are in the Premier League.

He will get some time and I assume their minimum goal for the season is to qualify for the Europa League, but I can't see a relatively reasonable chance for them to make it into the top 6. As of now I rather see them around 8th - 9th or so, but the teams ahead of them are too strong. There is Manchester City and Liverpool, Arsenal of course and Chelsea is slowly waking up again, then so many other teams like Aston Villa, Newcastle, Tottenham. Highly questionable whether they will qualify for any European competition.
