Yep, my last monthly bonus was $2.1 only. I don’t think they have planned for a bigger monthly bonus in this month by lowering it for me in the previous month. Anyway, they have sent pre-monthly bonus to all of us, also added another extra VIP reload (hourly) for five days. I'm getting $1 everyday from the pre-monthly bonus claim, and the VIP reload is giving me $0.1666 on each hour. Although I don't like the hourly reload, but the bonuses are pretty good there.
Ah I also got the same bonus, regarding Reload is this included 2x pre-monthly? or will we get pre-monthly before the end of the month? as promised we will get 2x pre-monthly this month. By the way, I checked the wager statistics in the past month and it's only $172 lol yeah I also don't expect anything for the bonus this time because Shuffle does not apply the basic bonus and only calculate based on house edge.
Are we all on the same VIP level (silver)? Ask this because I also get the same bonus. I cant complain ofc because my wager stats is so low like you.
I hope in the future there will be a way to change the hourly reload into daily reload or even to change it to one time claim
