It's incredible how the market escalates too fast. I am being honest; I thought it would take us a few more weeks to break the hundred thousand dollars because the market was moving sideways for the last couple of days. We were at 99K+ but were not able to reach 100K. Since then, the market has even come back to 93K a couple of times. It was probably 95K when I last checked, and the market was normal. I just woke up this morning and got a notification from a CEX app that Bitcoin reached 100K. I hope I will see another notification in the morning that Bitcoin has touched a million dollars.
Bitcoin will hit $100k sooner or later and that is inevitable as we are already very close to that target, but thinking about the prospect of Bitcoin hitting $1 million is another matter. We only need a few thousand dollars more and a few billion dollars more for bitcoin to hit $100 but for bitcoin to hit $1 million, we need to grow 10x from now and it takes trillions of dollars to do that. It took Bitcoin 15 years to reach a $2 trillion market cap so I don't think bitcoin's market cap can reach $20 trillion in just a few short years. I know many people are very optimistic and believe that bitcoin can hit 1 million in this cycle but to me, that is unrealistic.
