I'm curious, I wonder if you can take legal action against them, like hiring a lawyer to file a lawsuit and hopefully force them to pay? Not being able to pay a five-figure amount is a huge red flag for a casino.

anyway, is there any chance you can post your evidence(like screenshots of your conversations with their support) to back up your claims? I am not saying that you are lying but it is batter to have evidence when posting something like this.
