1. What should be the requirements to even be trying to manage anything on this forum?
My honest comment. From the time I have spent in the forum I have not seen any requirements to manage any project in the forum but the outcome of the project determined the quality and the reputation of the manager. A newbie can manage a project and does it well and receive his reputation from it.

2. Should projects who will not escrow be allowed to advertise? If yes, should a manager be tagged if the team doesn't pay?
yes and we have seen that here and respected managers did well without using escrow. And that just why it is good for all managers to tell their clients to either deposit the funds to the manager wallet for the upfront payment of the participants or they should escrow the funds. The tags have not been given because of the long stay of the manager in the forum and everyone knows that he would not do such a thing and he has been a good man. But if the person is new and he didn't pay the participants, the manager receives tags and we have seen it from the cryptomus first campaign manager and other casesm

3. Should bounty hunters be tagged or ignored if they join a bounty not escrowed and they make a complaint here?
ignore.

4. Should we just not care and keep shit the same?
When they complain we should tell them that it was their decision to join the campaign which was not escrowed so they not complain but the campaign manager also should ask the company to prepare payment two days after the start of the week to avoid delays.

5. Should teams be doxxed to stop the possibility of a scam and open the possibility of legal actions?
I think exposing them to the can stop such possiblity. Though depends on the issue and if legal action is needed then it is okay.
