My pushups are due too that's why I did not update my stats LOL. Too excited to do anything else today.
I decided today that I would see if I could declare victory on my secondary goal and do 100 push-ups in a single set. I admittedly didn’t stretch or anything, but I did take some protein powder and creatine. Despite my best efforts, I was only able to set myself a new personal best of 80 push-ups in a single set. I couldn’t have done 81 to save my life and I’m pretty sure my shoulders are going to hurt tomorrow (they already do), but I did try my best to reach my goal. I think I’ll be waiting until bedtime to do those last 20.
