Mbappe being dropped is impossible because Vini is still out injured so he fills the position, maybe Ancelotti still doesn't believe in other players so Mbappe still starts and we know he is already a superstar only at Real Madrid his performance has deteriorated.

, he's missing alot of chance these days and it's costing the team theirgame, imagine that penalty had been a goal... at least that could have been a draw which isn't too bad . I think Mbappe has been like this in PSG as well but it wasn't this obvious because he got alot of chances which were all converged at him, I don't know about penalties but I watched the replay almost 10 times , he was so predictable imo.Thus, I will also agree with your statement, as long as Vini is still out Mbappe will continue to play unless they find a perfect replacement , probably they can try risking that to see the result
