I would like to discuss this here to understand how many people decide to take this step to find a mentor?

I asked myself this question because in almost every book or interview with successful people I come across a mention of them having, or even currently having a mentor who guides them, helps them develop, and perhaps points out mistakes that will not allow them to grow.

And I was interested in how many of you at some point decided that you needed a mentor, how difficult it was to find one and how did he help you? I suppose that few people use this, maybe even out of fear, because for example I don’t even know who it could be and how can I ask my future mentor about this if I manage to find such a person.

And maybe some of you have been a mentor for other people? Share your experience too, if it is not too much trouble for you.
Human nature is very imitative, it can be understood well by observing the behavior or activities of children. There is a very popular proverb in our country and that is: A man is known by the company he keeps. Throughout history, it has been seen that every successful person has one or another successful teacher. Even if you read about the incident of Albert Einstein and his driver, you can understand how much knowledge the driver had while being with Albert Einstein. But whatever it is, it is not the same that there will always be a mentor or teacher behind every successful person. Many times despite not having a mentor or teacher people succeed in life from the very root level. You must always improve yourself, comparing the previous day with the present. You have to try to improve. You cannot imitate anyone exactly to be successful because the background of others and your own background will never be the same. You have to move forward with what is inside you.
If others have made it without getting a mentor, then what’s the difference if you also don’t get any? Success can be learned and develop, a working process wherein you need to prove your own worth and dedication so you can be valuable in the end. And when it happens, there’s no reason why success can’t be guaranteed. You just have to do your own right thing, even without someone that will lead you.
Yes its true on which this one isnt really necessary on which you could be able to achieve or attain success without any mentor because you can be able to make yourself that self learned in all things that you do want to learn. It all depends on how you will really be able to put up some effort on trying out to make up some research for yourself since information could really be seen out everything and it will really be that up to someone on how they will really be learning things up accordingly because on the time or moment that you do find yourself having some hard time on learning things then this is the time that you will be considering on getting or having some mentor on which it will really be at least fasten up your learning phase but just like been said that this one isnt necessary.

Learning process will really be that slow and will really be able to test out your patience since not all will really be that having that good learning phase. Success isnt something that you can be able to obtain without doing hardwork and perseverance. You wont really be finding yourself on having progress if you wont really be taking up some action. If you do find out that it will really be beneficial and relevant on your part on having a teacher or mentor then do it, but of course it will really be having that corresponding expenses knowing that subscription fees would be applied on this case.
