If they were really guilty of the last paragraph of the article then it’s a nice move by the government to close down the business - no matter what they represent on the outside as long as they are really doing things like human trafficking and illegal drugs behind the scenes then it’s always god for government agencies to go after such companies.
It's important to highligh that part of the article, so people can understand how shady the environment was:

It's definitely not solely a gambling spot, but a place for criminals to execute their schemes and prejudice people in different ways. If it's really true there were such practices happening there, the hub had to be closed, indeed. One thing is to gamble with your money voluntarily, aware about the risks and potential outcomes. Another thing is to attend to shady hubs, where people are being abused and stolen in different manners. The later has to be totally discouraged and stopped by authorities and civil society.
