The "big coins" with "big market cap" are always the worst when it comes to pumpability. To put simply, the market manipulators can not pump them.
Just look at the size of pumps the shitcoins you named here could have had in the past 5 years since 2018. They are all small pumps.
Now first imagine what is the highest percentage that a shitcoin like ETH can get pumped. 10%? 20%? 50%? Now go to https://coinmarketcap.com/gainers-losers/ and set the coins to "All" from the drop down and then click on the 24h to sort the list based on top pumped shitcoins.
Right now two of the top shitcoins pumped are showing 2000% pumps over the past 24 hours. They are AES and FTW.
Most of the rest of the top pumped shitcoins have been pumped 200%-300% as well.
