It depends on which region you're in and how much you're withdrawing. Some cards charge a flat rate, others like Nexo use a percentage fee. So for larger amounts of money, the flat rate might be cheaper in the long run, while for smaller amounts a percentage is more viable.

Also, some EU cards charge more fees if you're withdrawing from an ATM outside the EU.
