How confident are you in your spelling? Is it possible that you didn't back it up properly? Do you remember ever recovering your wallet in the past where you needed to enter those words to check if you backed them up correctly?
Look at those words and consider if it's just a spelling error. Instead of an "a" maybe it should be a "u". Instead of "i", an "l" and that sort of thing.
