If these are the forum's Bitcoins? At the current rate, this is 120 million dollars. Why then doesn't he spend several million dollars on promoting the forum? To increase activity and all that. Or create some kind of system that would reward quality posts financially, or ultimately give users cash prizes.
what? why would the forum itself have to reward "quality posts"? the whole point of this forum is to exchange or discuss information between people who are interested in Bitcoin and other things without expecting anything back when they share or discuss the information. besides, the forum already has signature campaigns where forum members can join and get paid for their posts.
