I would love to hear from you so I can tell them when this topic arise again.
Among the things you will tell your friends, include a picture of what it's with Bitcoin and the entire cryptocurrency market during a bear season. Paint the picture vividly to them without mincing words so they also know it's not always rosy the way it's now. That should be a caveat from you in case they invest now and lose their funds because people like that hardly have the patience of long-suffering and perseverance.
Agreed. Him telling his friends about the bear and market correction that will happen after this bullish market is important, especially for those who are accumulating BTC now due to FOMO.
Bitcoin is the only crypto that matters in the long run. Alts are fine for quick hit and run type of actions and some of them might do well in a 5 year year period but eventually they all lose their mojo but bitcoin keeps going higher and higher.
Are you sure you want to also see ETH as a quick hit and run type? Well, I wouldn't. If there's any altcoin/crypto that has enabled and helped this industry grow this fast, I would be looking at ETH.
For established and genuine Bitcoin enthusiasts. ETH is also another quick hit-and-run crypto because all altcoins imitate the functionality and concept of Bitcoin creation. Besides, one on one printed file will always be one unless you want to have a copy of it.
This is one of the reasons why most Bitcoin enthusiast sees altcoin as a means to take away the enthusiasm of BTC from people and altcoins are an alternative from the get-go.
