Anyone that gambles responsibly doesn't have anything to worry about because he is in control of his actions unlike the gambler that's obsessed and addicted. When it gets to that point where a gambler has to take loans to gamble it's obvious that it has become a dependency issue, sometimes gamblers who do this don't care if they win or lose they only care about satisfying the urge to gamble, it's like a drug to them. Gambling has existed for a long time and it isn't a threat to you unless you let it, responsible gambling is the only solution to this.

Right. But some people suggest others gamble when they need money. If you are active in the lending section, you will see a lot of people taking a loan with the reason "Personal." I assume most of them spend their loans on casinos. We saw a thread on the reputation section a couple of weeks ago. A forum member who regularly took loans to gamble at casinos recently created a thread about it.

He was suffering from a gambling addiction, and now he is unable to pay back the loan on time. A believe there are a lot more similar cases where people gamble and lose their money. They should be responsible and stay away from gambling.
Gambling consultants also try to influence others by losing money, but you should be aware of their persuasion. There is nothing wrong with gambling habits, but if you see someone getting addicted, you should try to stop them so that they can save themselves from further losses. It is really unfortunate for people who go to casinos with loans and such addictions that they are putting their families in danger due to their addiction.

You are right that the number of such cases is increasing and gamblers are losing a lot of their hard-earned money in casinos or other gambling boards. I think a responsible gambler should continue to gamble from their disposable income. Gambling with loans can be a very suicidal decision.
