POGO's first arrival here in the Philippines was already scolded by the last president Roa Duterte.
Now, it's time to clean it up so that this administration can feel better for themselves. This is politics, expect something like this will happen especially with money involved.

If they were really guilty of the last paragraph of the article then it’s a nice move by the government to close down the business - no matter what they represent on the outside as long as they are really doing things like human trafficking and illegal drugs behind the scenes then it’s always god for government agencies to go after such companies.

But if that last part was just included just so the government would have a more appealing comments on what to talk about or their reasons for closing it down then that would be considered a shitting tactic but if they are really involved in trafficking humans the kudos to the government.
We can barely know the whole truth as lots of details are always concealed and the public are fed with less than raw information. Everything is possible and having drug deals in a gambling hub is very possible and I've seen such scenarios myself, but that of human trafficking is what I didn't really understand how it would operate in such an open place, but still on anything is possible. Maybe all these started a whole lot of time ago and the government concealed it because of the huge benefit they return to them.

The government might have made an exorbitant demand which they couldn't meet up with and closed it down for failure to meet with the demands painting the media with these activities as an excuse. In politics, nothing is ever exactly how it seems.
