1. Accept the loss:
I might be a bit advance on this one, but whenever I deposit my money on a gambling casino, I already consider it as a loss. That's my mindset and a way of tricking myself so that in the end, if I lose my money, it doesn't hurt me that much because I already accepted that the money I deposited is a loss. This is very hard thing to do especially for those who wants to make money with the help of gambling. Believe me, there are many gamblers that can't accept their losses, and the only thing that's on their mind is to recover those losses thus, depositing again, and the cycle is back yet again.

2. Tell someone:
This didn't help me TBH because at first place, I can control myself already, and I know what to do if I loss in gambling. At the end of the day, I already accepted it right from the start and yes telling it to somebody makes you feel better but for me, I don't even need to tell it to somebody because I can make myself better. Wink

3. Socialize more, go out, play outdoor games, go on a hike with friends for a few days:
Socializing more would be good for most people out there, but mine's different. Instead of socializing, I would rather go and play online games so that I can forget those losses. As an introvert person, being alone and playing online games is for me the best time in a day, so if I have the opportunity to do that, I will do it.

4. Take professional help:
This is for those who are completely addicted to gambling already that they can't control themselves anymore. Those who spent millions of dollars in gambling should really seek help from an expert because recovering from gambling addiction is very hard if you will do it by yourself. You need help from experts, professional and most importantly, your family.
