Since it has passed 24hours you have to make a formal complain of the issue so that can attend to it faster. Formal complain in the sense that you can send them an email or through their support team. But have you discussed with them on the issue before? And what was their respond? When you make complain here like this, people will like to respond your case base your discussion with the support team so that they can see we the issue is coming from. Whether is from your end or from their end. But that is not withstanding, they will respond to you here if they active.
But you still need to contact and if there is no respond from for another 48 hours then you can create an accusation thread on the accusation board. We are waiting for the update from you.
