No one here cant answer you better than the available support on the site except the official representative of Shuffle, I don't really understand your case but as far as I can understand Shuffle ask you to wait while they are doing manual check.
Whether it is manual check for you level 3 verification or manual check for your bets because in other thread you said that you won that big just from bonus drop, if the case is that they are checking and verifying your bets, it is normal IMO.
I know how it feels but nothing you can do now except wait until they finish the manual check, if there is nothing wrong then they will process your withdrawal.
