All the team needs is a coach that could get the attention of every player. With the red devils crisis still unsolved then team work lacks between the players and Amorim. He should check the academy for talented players.
Since his time at Sporting Amorim is known to develop young players from the academy to build a solid squad. I think this will be an advantage for United because they are in a bad situation. On the other hand we can't expect Amorim to solve the crisis at United immediately this season. Currently Amorim is handling Ten Hag's past players and of course there will be some incompatibility with the tactics and strategies he wants. I expect Amorim to fix some internal problems such as teamwork and motivation to win games. It would be great if Amorim can get a slot in UCL although it seems difficult for United to be in the top 4 in the Premier League at the moment.
