Not every successful person had a mentor.
Indeed. There are people who succeed through self-taught learning. Having a mentor is actually not a must, but it is good if we have a mentor. A mentor can guide and teach us directly. This should create a higher chance to succeed.

success can be actualized through some crucial factors like: having a vision, setting
out goals and adapting to strategies which accelerate your success Independently.
IMO, the success will depend on some factors:
- Knowledge
- Experience
- Mentality (work hard, never give up)
- Goal

Those are some basic factors that determine the success for someone. Regarding to have a vision or a goal, it is a must. How we can be successful to achieve something if we have no goal.  Grin

However, there is an adage that says! no man is an island. apparently what ever  goal you tend to achieve or maybe a business which you  wants to venture into, it becomes imperative to have a mentor  who is an expert or a guru in such field  ,who would give you guidelines and crucial orientation on how to start up such business  or attain your goals very effectively.
So, what is your conclusion? Having a mentor is a must?  Undecided
Saya pikir pernyataan ini agak bertentangan dengan pernyataan Anda di atas.
