I will be hitting 1,300 push-ups today (edit: 100 per day for 13 days). I’ll admit that I’d like a rest day but I’m not going to let the streak be broken. My elbow soreness is gone now and I wake up feeling better and better each morning. It won’t be long now before I start adding back in other arm workouts I’ve been neglecting since starting this challenge.
Sure that is the work of push-ups exercise, once you get use to push-ups, the benefit of undergoing the exercise will shown on body.
I must confirm that ever i since i started this pushups challenge, my body is light when doing pushups.. i love this pushups challenge per day.
Well, my elbow has been hurting a little bit since I hit 80 push-ups in a single set the other day. Eventually I suspect it will be good as new. It hurts a little less each time, but whenever I overwork it with curls or hitting the heavy bag it tends to hurt for a while. I think the regular activity of push-ups has definitely helped out.
