It may not be the new email used or perhaps reactivate...@bitcointalk.org is for locked accounts while recoveries...@bitcointalk.org is for locked accounts? Yes, we all know that Cyrus is the part of recovery team as I also just to know that also three person alanst, 3dOOm, and Rizzrack who were also working for this officially Although these three person were from Cryptios employees which is created by the Cyrus. If Cyrus is not responding then thefreshprinceofbell can also contact them with his details. 
For your information, alanst is no longer part of the team
