What message are you speaking of? My inbox is empty. Plus if it's an issue with your account in Shuffle, I can't answer to that because I'm not part of their team. We're merely part of the community and participate in Shuffle's signature campaign.

Your post history has a topic that you started that says "Shuffle is a scam". I believe you should change that because even if some users may have problems and issues, Shuffle is not a "scam".

I understand, but it's day four of my wait. Wasn't that enough? Or is the site like that? I just can't believe it. It's the 21st century and we're still waiting for something.

We understand its long especially if you are so worried about your funds. But try to give more time for them to resolve your issue. I guess the investigation on your case is not done yet that's why your issue still exist. So maybe best to extend your patience a little bit more since I think for now this is what you can do. As long as the support is answering you I guess the situation still fine.

People in this thread understand that you are frustrated about the situation happen and its normal reaction for people got affected on certain issues with their account. So reminding them about this issue so that their support will also do follow up to their technical team to pay attention on your case.
