There is no way you will know when we have reach the peak bullrun. As you are enjoying everything about it right now, be cashing out and locking in some profits while keeping the rest of the coins for future of incase we have much more bull run in the future. If we later have one, lock in more profit and keep some if there is more to come later, the profit you have lock in will forever be profit and wouldn't be any loss but if you don't sell and they crash, you will never make any profit.

My fear about the altcoin market is that you don't really know and can't say which is the best way to go, diversifying of portfolio helps but you still have to take some profits unless you are that risk taker that will hold and be patient for anything. This kind of people don't care if the coin goes to zero but they will make sure it's secure for life and will later sell when there is something significant in their holding, that's when they come out and sell..
