If you only need it to generate a wallet to receive USDT, can't you do the same with a live Linux OS and generate your address with MetaMask or something similar? Considering you have an Electrum cold wallet setup already I don't think you'll have much issues setting up that. Well, hopefully everything is fine and you won't lose that money after a few months of storing it.
