Well i posted my real estate idea well i see that people here don't want to own some good Luxury apartment in places like NYC view over central park and drinking coffeee or some Nice whisky.
I don't know why you guys don't understood that it's nice to own property the good nice ones when you have to go travel you own your own real estate you don't need to pay for others and for expensive hotels If you don't own real estate you end up paying to those who own.

I had idea to put even some Instagram models influencers or Youtubers in some kind of "motivational courses sellers like dream manifestion spiritual traders or what ever they call themselfes" those would pay top dollars even just for short time to show their followers where they staying.
Yes Im poor but Im not that young Im kind of life experinced been working in many kind jobs been traveling around world so at moment I got no job and health conditions are not well so i got time to work on any projects to push forward.

Okay since you guys don't like to have world nicest real estate well in what you would like to invest then ?
Any suggestions then If this bitcointalk not good place to organise my small crowd funding kind of thing where should i look at to do that ?

Or maybe let's just collect some funds and then we all see what we can do with that funds ? Becouse it's difficult even to think what i can and want to do If i don't see money you all know that money so let's collect some funds and since i have no job and i do have enough free time i could be operating even internationally with anything english not my first language but despite that i can still talk with lawyers goverment officials or just business people because i have experince to talk with them since Im not the afraid to speak and Im very dominant in my nature so If there is negotiations i could handle well on my benefits.

But i need to collect some money first since i got no my own funding and no job even i can barerly survive then there is no option that i could come up with my own financial resources and Im perfect guy for you guys here to handle any business coz i got time while you can keep working with your regular jobs you got someone who got time to start business and run all the process.
Im sure may people got money but don't have time to do operate over the business.

So what kind of financial or life advice you would give me then alternatively If my view and idea not good in your opinion ? What i should do ? Dont tell me about that i should get just Job and just surviving .....i can speak english i can connect with people i can run business i can talk and make deals and i have many experinces so If i don't put all this fully in use it's like i kinda waste just my life but without money and resources you can't put your skills and knowledge in use we all know that.


So we get to point.....when money talks so that's why some kind of crowdfunding things is only viable option.
