after over 24hrs and after i've spent half the withdrawal amount they processed the remaining. For whoever is reading I do not recommend this casino at all. No support whatsoever (literally, the livechat always says there's no agents available, and even if you send an email they will never answer), fake advertising everywhere ('instant casino', instant what?) and if you have a braincell you can see for yourself that most answers on this thread are from bot-like (probably sold account) users saying random stuff. A couple posts above there's even a guy saying this is the best casino on the forum for a casino that has heavy lag on all slots, no support at all, fake advertising and god knows how much else.

Hey calm down. There is something wrong at somewhere between you guys. If the casino was bad as you said, others have also complain about it but Sr Members and above who have been in the forum for years are commenting good about the casino with their winning. And if you are having issue for contacting them directly, you. can pm their representative here and explain what happened with some evidences then he will forward the complain to them.
But it is very bad for a casino not to responding complains through their contact channels.
