I did 120 today.

I realize my average needs to be pulled up 🆙 to 100 thus I will need to do about 110 a day. but I pushed and ripped 120


keep on pushing.

10+10+10=30 this will be on steps 1,2,3.

going to six flags great adventure today for a walk and the light show.

So extra exercise for me today.

Still in the 98-104 range we need to clear that by years end.

I would like to see us in the 119-130 range by dec 31 2024
