A normal license on some foreign island is not enough to offer sports bets, casino games or any other kind of gambling in Germany. That's why every site has Germany listed under banned regions.

Because Germany has a special law, crypto or fiat doesn't matter. If you want to offer gambling you HAVE to have a license from the German government. And this license is hard to get, that's why even top players like stake and so on don't take new customers from Germany anymore. The law is the law.
